I want to personalise my order how can I do this?


If you are wanting to personalise your product, please go to the personalisation section. There is the choice to add initials to your garments or add name labels. Simply add the name or initials in the box and then add to cart.

 How long will my item take for personalisation?


Here at RVS we personalise all items in house, meaning no extra time is wasted. All school logos are embroidered at the haberdashery section of the store. Any garment can be personalised to your requirements.


 The product I am looking for is out of stock?


At RVS we are super-efficient on keeping all stock up-to date, but in the event we may not have a garment in please call the store and provide the product detail and sizing, on 01200 443733 or send us an email on and we will provide the time turnaround to ordering the product to notifying you.


 I have selected click and collect how does this work?


Once you have ordered your garments, we will start on getting your order ready. We offer next day pick up for all online orders at no extra cost. Once your order is completed, we will send a email or text message that your order is ready to be collected.


 Can I return my order?


RVS returns policy is that any garment can only be exchanged only for a credit note. Please note there is a 14-day return period. Any faulty garments will be refunded back to the original method of payment. If you are wishing to return an online order, please visit the store.

 Can I use my savings card online?


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service online, this is only offered in-store.
